Bartlesville is a cute little town, born in the oil boom of the late 19th centtury.
And, of course, art from Robert Indiana, whose father worked for Phillips 66
We spent several hours in an amazing park in Tulsa called "The Gathering Place". 100 acres, and they spent $450 million (!) on it. And you can see that they spent $450 million. I have no photos (I had the dog, Doreen was palavering with her equivalent in this park who was giving us a tour. To give you a sense of the spend, they imported the light poles (yes, the light poles) from France. And they must have had 500 of them.) Maybe I'll grab some of her photos later.
Today we drive to Kansas.
